Engine - Crankshaft and pistons out
The bottom side of the engine.
The oil pump out.
There is a lot of soot added to the crankshaft. Typical of an overheated engine.
Connecting rod bearing caps numbered before to be removed.
To loose the crankshaft bolt I used the same sequence used for the camshaft bolts.
Now the pistons can be removed too.

This is an intake clean and polished with a Dremel tool.
And this is clean only with carb cleaner.
Here is the cylinder head very clean an plane, with the surface polished with sandpaper over a glass table. At the back - the tool needed to casting new valves.

Before removing the cylinder head, the water connection should be removed.

After a few gentle strokes (by hand or wood hammer), the cylinder head will by released.
